As festive bells chime, we yearn for a corner that offers both warm celebration and a moment of peace. This year, OVO Garden is honored to partner with Kinwick Centre to transform a commercial space into a narrative-rich "Festive Forest," envisioning a theme of "Releasing the past, stepping into abundance."

Design Inspiration: Fluid Gold, Lasturing Green

Our core design language revolves around a dialogue between "movement and stillness" and "tradition and modernity." The installation's centerpiece is crafted from three-dimensional, layered golden bamboo sheets. They are not static decorations but mimic the dynamics of light and flowing water. As light passes through, the bamboo resembles a shimmering "golden river"—a visual spectacle that carries the auspicious meaning of "water as fortune" in Eastern culture, symbolizing the continuous flow of wealth and blessings, letting go of the old year and welcoming a new, abundant chapter.

Interwoven with the golden bamboo is vibrant evergreen foliage. We selected a variety of greens representing resilience, hope, and enduring life. The contrast of gold and green marries brilliance with steadiness, balancing festive joy with inner tranquility.

Finishing Touches: The Purity of White Blooms and the Dance of Deer

To add enchantment and vitality, we accented the greenery with elegant white blooms, symbolizing purity and new beginnings. The soul of this forest is the handcrafted glass deer wandering within. In the East, the deer signifies "prosperity" and "a smooth path," representing good fortune. In Western Christmas lore, it is the bearer of surprises and hope. These playful glass deer inject vitality and a fairy-tale whimsy into the serene forest, inviting every visitor to immerse themselves and discover their own festive magic.

For OVO Garden, every spatial creation is a profound dialogue with the venue and its audience. We extend our gratitude to Kinwick Centre for their trust and collaboration, enabling us to bring "Golden Bamboo Glow & Evergreen Christmas" from concept to reality. This installation is more than a festive backdrop; it is an open public art landscape. We hope everyone who steps inside can:
