Online pre-order takes 48 hrs (2 working days) preparation, including Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays. For urgent order, please contact our florist at 2529 2599 for assistance.
- Our flowers can last up to 5-7 days. Flowers will be affected by environment, climate and temperature etc.
- Please unpack the bouquet and remove the water bag at the bottom. You may trim the root at a 45-degree angle according to the height of your vase. Place and arrange the flowers into the vase as you like and pour 1/3 of the water.
- Change fresh water daily and soak the roots in the water.
- Place the flowers in a cooler location without direct sunlight.
Order & Delivery
Order 2-3 days in advance.
- All orders placed will be processed the next 2 business day. Deliveries can be either scheduled daily in the morning from 10am to 1pm or in the afternoon from 2pm to 6pm.
- If a specific delivery time is required please contact us before placing your order to ensure we can accommodate your request. Additional charges may apply.
